MARLIN, MRS. THOMAS - Covington--The remains of Mrs. Thomas Marlin of Dayton were brought to Covington for burial on Friday, being interred in the village cemetery after services at the Presbyterian church.  Mrs. Marlin died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. C. Callin, in the Gem City on Tuesday evening of last week.  With her husband she was a resident of Covington until several years ago, when they moved to Dayton.  They were familiarly known as "Uncle Thomas" and "Aunt Viney" Marlin, and the death of "Aunt Viney" has caused much sorrow among her many friends in the village and that part of Miami county.  She was loved by all and too much cannot be said in praise of her goodness.  She had been in ill health for some years, and during her residence in Dayton, and grown old very fast.  She was about 77 years old.
