ROSS, MRS. SEBA WAGNER - Mrs. Seba Wagner Ross died at her home in Troy last Saturday afternoon after a severe illness, the immediate cause being a congestion of the portal veins near the heart.  Mrs. Ross was 59 years of age and was born and reared in Troy, being the daughter of M. S. Wagner, Sr.  She was an unusually bright and capable woman and left her impress on many of the activities of this city.  She was a prominent member of the Presbyterian church and for years was the head of the choir of that church, being herself a natural soprano singer, of great ability.  Her husband died about 18 months ago, but she is survived by two daughters, Harriet and Anna, and two sons, Wilson and Howard, Mrs. Franklin Ellis of Troy and Mrs. E H. McKnight of Bowling Green are sisters and M. S. Wagner of Troy, a brother.  The funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the Presbyterian church the pastor, Rev. Clokey, paying an eloquent and feeling tribute to the Christian life and character of the deceased.  A quartet composed of Mr. and Mrs. John Drury, Miss Beatrice Scott and Prof. A. H. Vance rendered several beautiful selections.  Interment was made at Riverside.
