LORTON, MRS. MINERVA - Mrs. Minerva Lorton, wife of John E. Lorton, a bride of less than five months, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Langston, one mile southwest of Houston, Friday afternoon, death being due to nephritis following typhoid fever.  She was born in Miami county August 16, 1892.  The funeral was held Monday afternoon from the Mt. Jefferson Presbyterian church.  Interment at Houston.
