WESTFALL, MRS. MAY JOHNSON - Pleasant Hill--Mrs. May Johnson Westfall died Sunday, March 6th, at Circle Hill of consumption.  She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wiley Johnson and was born March 12, 1840, in Ash county, N. C.  Sept. 14, 1856 she was united in marriage with Humbert Westfall, who with three children, 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, four brothers and three sisters survive her.  She had been a member of the Christian church since childhood.  The funeral was held from the Hopewell Christian church Tuesday, March 8, and was conducted by the Rev. O. P. Furnas.  Interment at Pleasant Hill cemetery.
