FOULK, MRS. MATTIE - Covington--Word has been received in Covington by relatives, announcing the death of Mrs. Mattie Foulk, of Chicago, Ill., where she had been very ill for several days.  Mrs. Foulk was formerly Miss Mattie Nixon, and is remembered by many friends.  Her husband's death occurred about three years ago.  The decedent is survived by two nephews, Messrs. W. J. Lewis, and C. E. Lewis, of West Covington.  W. J. Lewis was summoned to her bedside Sunday morning and will accompany the remains to Covington.
