ORAM, MRS LEATHA BELLE - Mrs. Leatha Belle Oram, 90, of 4725 Taylorsville Road, Dayton died in the Englewood Manor Nursing Home.  She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel in 1968 and two daughters.  Surviving are three sons, Clarence A. and Merle L. of Dayton and Vernon C. of Graden City, Mich.; three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Fox of Wilmington, Calif., Mrs. Thelma Keck of Dayton and Mrs. June Reichard of Vandalia; a sister, Mrs. Harriett Grant of Garden City, Mich.; 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.  Services were held Thursday at the Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home.  Burial was in Willowview Cemetery in Dayton.
