RANDOLPH, MRS. KATHERINE - Mrs. Katherine Randolph died Monday afternoon at her home in Troy.  She had been ailing for several months but her condition had not been considered serious until within the last few weeks.  Mrs. Randolph was a daughter of the late Jacob Harter and was born in Miami county on July 22, 1832.  She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Robert Scott of Chicago.  The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock in charge of Rev. J. W. Clokey of the Presbyterian church.  Interment in Riverside.
