JUDY, MRS. KATE - Mrs. Kate Judy died at her home in Yellow Springs Thursday, March 27, 1902, aged 60 years.  Mrs. Judy had been in ill health for some months previous to her death.  Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, Rev. F. H. Peters officiating; interment was in Yellow Springs cemetery.  The deceased and her husband, Boliver Judy, were formerly residents of Troy , removing from here about ten years ago.  She was a member of the Christian church and took an active part in church and philanthropic work.  Mr. Judy died about three years ago.  She leaves two children--Herbert, of the Brooklyn Institute of Art Science, and Charity F., who is a teacher at LeGrande, IA.
