MARTINDALE, MRS. JOHN - Mrs. John Martindale, 73, died Wednesday at the Jewish hospital in Cincinnati, following an operation for relief from gall stones, which was performed on her.  The remains were brought to the home of her son, Ed, at Tipp City, and the funeral will be held Friday.  Mrs. Martindale was near Fidelity and always lived in Miami county.  She attended the Fidelity Christian church and had her health permitted, the couple would have celebrated their golden wedding anniversary last month.  Four sons, Davis and Will of Urbana, Ed of Tipp City, and a daughter, Mrs. Ella Neher of near Tipp City, and a brother, Davis Macy, of Fidelity, and nephew, George Macy of this city, survive.
