WENGER, MRS. JERE - The funeral of Mrs. Jere Wenger, who died Saturday at her home in Vandalia was held at __________.  Burial was made at Polk cemetery.  The deceased woman was 67 years old, having been born August 14, 1844, in Montgomery county, her parents being David and Susan North.  She was married to Jeremiah Wenger October 27, 1863, at Shoup's Mill, and for many years resided on a farm near Little York.  For the past 15 years Mr. and Mrs. Wenger resided in Vandalia where Mrs. Wenger had been a faithful member of the United Brethren church for 55 years.  A husband and four children mourn the loss of a devoted wife and mother.  Three of the children reside in Dayton, Mrs. E. W. Waymire, C. S. Wenger, Miss Carrie Wenger.
