MYERS, MRS. HENRY - Potsdam--Mrs. Henry Myers died at her home here last Saturday after a long illness due to consumption.  She is survived by a husband and two children.  The funeral was held Monday afternoon from the Mennonite church of which she was a member.

MYERS, VINNIE CATHERINE - Pleasant Hill--Vinnie Catherine Myers died at her home in Potsdam on Feb. 19, of tuberculosis.  She was born near Pleasant Hill July 8, 1877, and was the daughter of Josiah and Susan Reiber Minnich.  She was united in marriage May 23, 1896, to Henry Myers, who together with one daughter, Burnice, a son, Wilber, and a brother, John Minnich of Arcanum, survive her.  The funeral was held Feb. 21 and was conducted by Rev. Bleming at the Mennonite church of which for 18 years she had been a faithful member.  Interment at Potsdam cemetery.  As above stated she was a daughter of Josiah and Susan Reiber Minnich her mother being a sister of the writer.  She was one of a family of eight children all but one of whom are dead.  The funeral was attended by an unusually large concourse and all seemed to sincerely mourn her.  The people of Potsdam showed a very Christian spirit in the way they gave assistance during her sickness and after her death and the husband is very grateful.  The pastor spoke of her in highest terms and stated she was held in esteem by all who knew her. -- UNCLE JAKE.
