MARRIOTT, MRS. FRED - Mrs. Fred Marriott, 75, died at her home at the corner of Clay and Simpson streets, Troy, early Saturday morning, death being due to heart trouble.  She had only been ill a short time.  She was born in Hamilton county.  She and Mr. Marriott had been married over 53 years.  The husband and five children survive her, the latter being, Mrs. Walter Henne of Piqua, Edward of Seattle, Elmer of Santa Marie, Cal., Harry of Dayton and Lizzie who is at home.  Mrs. Marriott was a member of the Baptist church but on account of the absence of the pastor, the funeral which was held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, was conducted by Rev. Etter of the Christian church.  Burial in Riverside cemetery.
