MERRITT, MRS. CECELIA - Mrs. Cecelia Merritt, died at her home in Lena, Tuesday evening, after a long illness due to tuberculosis.  She was 79 years of age and for some time had made her home with her granddaughter, Mrs. John Poorman.  Her husband has been dead several years but there survive her eight children, Mrs. C. M. Williams of Troy, Mrs. William Lathberry, and Mrs. Harry Hill of Lena, Mrs. Ida Garland of Roanoke, Va., Ed Youtsey of Harrington, Kansas, David Youtsey of Carlton, Okla., T. F. Youtsey of Dayton and Mrs. George Cromer of St. Paris.  The funeral services were held at the Lena Baptist church at 9:30 o'clock, Thursday morning.  Interment at Casstown cemetery.
