CARTER, MRS. ALMEDA MORGAN - Fletcher--Mrs. Almeda Morgan Carter died March 18 of consumption.  She had for over six years borne her suffering with cheerfulness and fortitude.  She was born in Fletcher on June 24, 1860, and was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Noah Morgan.  She was married Oct. 31, 1878.  One daughter, her mother, two sisters and two brothers survive her.  She was a member of the Methodist church and was an active member of the Ladies' Aid society.  She was also a member of the Rebekah lodge.  The funeral services were held at the residence in Fletcher Tuesday at 2 p.m. and was conducted by Rev. St. Clair.  Interment was made in Fletcher cemetery.
