COMPTON, CECELIA - Funeral services are to be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday (tomorrow) at the Walter Funeral home, 1235 N. Main street, Dayton, for Mrs. Cecelia M. Compton, age 62, of 7470 S. Meadow drive.  She died on Sunday at Miami Valley hospital.  Mrs. Compton is survived by her husband, Walter; one son, Clarence, of Tipp City; two daughters, Mrs. Dolores Allen of Phillipsburg, Mo.; Mrs. Patricia Crist of Dayton; her mother, Mrs. Loretta Gehle of St. Henry, three brothers, Ed of Coldwater, Richard of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Wilbur of St. Henry; five sisters, Mrs. Irene Kerchner of Kayton, Mrs. Helen Dues and Mrs. Alice Rose, both of St. Henry; Mrs. Marilyn Mott of Piqua and Mrs. Betty Artz of Dayton; and 8 grandchildren.  Friends may call at the funeral home today (Wednesday) from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Interment will be in Poplar Hill cemetery.
