MUNGER, WILLIAM - An Old Citizen Dead - From several papers sent us by different parties this week, we learn that Mr. William Munger, formerly a much respected citizen of this vicinity, died on the first day of this month at the residence of his son-in-law, Mr. E. B. Hulburt, near Omaha, Nebraska, in the 89th year of his age.  Mr. M. was a brother-in-law, we believe of the late Dr. Asa Coleman, and of H. W. Culbertson, Esq., of this place.  He was well known to all the older citizens of Troy and vicinity.
