ORR, THOMAS - Mr. Thomas Orr, an old and much respected citizen of Troy, died on Wednesday morning.  He had been in declining health for a year or more, but had kept up until about a month ago.  Mr. O. was something about 62 years of age, was reared, from infancy, in this vicinity, and has been a resident of Troy some forty years.
