YOUNG, ________ - The Negro Murder - John Sulliger, who deliberately and maliciously shot and killed a negro man named Young here on Friday of last week, and whose examination was to have taken place on Monday last, waved an examination, and the case will come up before the Grand Jury on Monday next.
