VANCE, MRS. RACHEL - At the residence of her mother, Mrs. M. J. Johnston, in Piqua, on Friday, the 13th inst., Mrs. Rachel Vance, wife of W. J. Vance, Esq., and grand-daughter of the late Col. John Johnston, aged 27 years.  Mrs. V. was a most amiable and excellent lady, beloved by all who enjoyed her acquaintance.
