BROOKS, JOSEPH J. - Joseph J. Brooks, age 88, formerly of Manchester, MI, passed away Wednesday morning at the Koester Pavilion in Troy, OH.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Anna (Schully) Brooks; and his wife, Genevieve K. (Kress) Brooks.  Survivors include his son, Robert Brooks, West Milton; daughter, Betty Spence, Scotsdale AZ; and grandsons, Chris and Mark.  He was formerly employed by the Ford Motor Co.  Funeral services will be held on Friday 8:00 P.M. at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home in West Milton, OH with graveside funeral services being held on Saturday 1:00 P.M. at the St. Mary's Cemetery in Manchester, MI.  Friends may call at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home in West Milton on Friday 5-8 P.M.
