ROGERS, DOUGLAS H. - Douglas H. Rogers, 54, of New Carlisle, Ohio, died Friday, April 29, 1994 at Mercy Medical Center.  He was born June 25, 1939 in Marion, Ohio, the son of James B. & Norma R. (Irons) Rogers.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in New Carlisle and worked as a civil service employee in the Foreign Technology Division at WPAFB.  Doug is survived by his wife, Charlotte M. Rogers; three sons, Craig and wife Toni Rogers, Huber Heights, Darrin Rogers, New Carlisle, Jamie & fiancee Cathleen McWilliams, New Carlisle; a grandson, Scott Douglas Rogers, Huber Heights; and his mother-in-law, Sylvia Merriman, New Carlisle.  Services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 3, 1994 in the First United Methodist Church, New Carlisle with Rev. Thomas H. Maxedon, Jr. officiating.  Burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call 4-8 P.M. Monday in the Trostel, Chapman & Christmas Funeral Home, New Carlisle and one hour prior to service in the church.
