COOK, CHARLES E. (DEAN) - Tipp City Man Succumbs Unexpectedly - Funeral services will be held here today for Charles E. (Dean) Cook, 48 year old resident of North Westedge drive. Cook died unexpectedly Sunday at his home where his body was found presumably some hours after death occurred. A resident of Tipp City for several years, Mr. Cook was a general supervisor at the A. O. Smith corporation's electric motor division here. Final rites will be conducted at 1 p.m. today from Frings funeral home with the Rev. Charles Helsem, pastor of the Lostcreek United Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park cemetery in Lima. Survivors include his wife Debra; two sons Kevin and Jeff of Tipp City; a step-daughter, Tricia Ann; Father, Virgil Cook of Holiday, Florida; sister, Mrs. Edward (Marion) Shue of Dublin; and one grandchild. Mr. Cook was a member of the American Legion, Frank E. Robinson Post; Eagles in Troy and the Dayton Foreman's Club.
