MIZE, CARL - Carl Mize, 45, Dies in Florida - Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon in Crossville, Tenn., for Carl B. Mize, 45, a former resident of Tipp City.  Mr. Mize died on Wednesday evening, Sept. 9, at the Veterans' Administration hospital in Miami, Fla.  Mize, a native of Middletown, had lived in Miami for the past one and one-half years and had been employed as an electrician.  During the three years he lived in Tipp City, he had operated a used furniture business and, at one time, Camp Gingham.  He was also associated with the Tipp City police department.  During this time, Mrs. Mize was a teacher in the Wayne township system.  Mize was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mize of Middletown.  He was a veteran of the Korean police action.  Survivors include his wife, Aileen; two sons, Thomas and Albert; and a daughter, Jacqueline; three brothers, Eugene and William of Tipp City, and Charles of Middletown; and three sisters, Mrs. Grace Howard and Mrs. Alma Puckett, both of Middletown, and Mrs. Marge Blockman of Hamilton.  William Mize of Tipp City was accompanied by two of his sisters to Crossville on Sunday for services.
