ROBERTS, MISS LAVINA - Phoneton--Miss Lavina Roberts of Wayne township, Montgomery county, died at a hospital at Indianapolis, where she had her arm taken off--never recovered from the effects of the medicine.  She is survived by her mother, one sister and three brothers.  Funeral from the home Saturday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Trout of Brandt.  She was a member of M. E. church at Wayne Chapel.  She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Roberts.  Mr. Roberts died years ago.  Deceased was about 78 years old.  Interment at Bethel cemetery.
