Miriam Roesser  

Miriam J. Rosser, 70, of 1505 Nicklin Ave., Piqua, died Friday, May 28, 1993, at 3:20 a.m. in Piqua Memorial Medical Center.  She was born Sept. 3, 1922, in Piqua, daughter of the late Lester Burkett and Marie Cron Fleming. Survivors include one son, Donald Saint of Piqua; one daughter, Mrs. Don Polhamus (Cheryl) of Piqua; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a special friend John Hines of Piqua. One sister preceded her in death. Mrs. Roesser was a 1941 graduate of Piqua Central High School. She retired from the former Container Corporation of America in 1978. Graveside services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Forest Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Fowler officiating.  There will be no public visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.  Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home are in Charge of Arrangements.
