FRANCIS, MICHAEL H., SR. - Services for Michael H. Francis Sr., 53, of 31 E. Walnut St., Tipp City, were conducted Jan 4 at 1 p.m. in the Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City.  Mr. Francis, a retired Grandview Hospital security officer, died Dec. 31 in Grandview Hospital.  He was a member of the United Methodist Church at Clayton, and Tipp City I. O. O. F. Lodge  He is survived by his father, Donald W. Francis of Tipp City; a daughter, Mrs. Jerry Gray (Joann) of London; two sons, Michael H. Francis Jr. of Chicago, Ill., and Mark D. Francis of Tipp City; a brother, James D. Francis of Tipp City; and four grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Ona Anderson Francis and one brother, Donald Francis Jr.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
