M. Yenney Lorma
M. Yenney, 89, of 1115 Broadway died at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday at Piqua Memorial
Hospital where she had been a patient 26 days.
She had been in failing health about two years. She was born in St.
Mary's
April 23, 1891, and had lived in Piqua 68 years.
She attended St. Mary's schools, graduating from St. Mary's High School
in 1907. She was married to Arthur L. Yenney Nov. 23, 1912, at Lima.
He preceded her in death Jan. 12, 1975.
She was member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church and a former member
of the Art Guild. Surviving is one son, Donald, with whom she made her home; one
grandson, Thomas Yenney of Piqua; two grand-daughters, Mary Lou Yenney of Piqua
and Mrs. Roman Plishta (Barbara Ann) of Napierville, Ill.; and one
great-grandchild. Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the Melcher Funeral
Home, 646 W. High St., with the Rev. Alex Coyle officiating.
Burial will be in Miami Memorial Park, Covington. Visitation will be at
the Melcher Funeral Home from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Provided
