OLIVE, KATHLEEN - Tragedy once more struck down a Tipp City teacher, this time 33 year old Kathleen E. Olive, who died unexpectedly over the Christmas vacation.  Miss Olive, who was a teacher at Nevin Coppock elementary school for a number of years, died of a brain tumor in Stouder hospital on December 29, after having been admitted earlier that same day.  She came to Tipp City in 1961 and left for two years, returning in 1967.  She taught fourth-fifth and sixth grades during her time at Nevin Coppock.  Survivors include her mother Josephine Olive and a sister Nancy Olive, both of Sugar Grove, Ohio.  Funeral services were held January 3 at St. Joseph's Catholic church in Sugar Grove and burial was in Lancaster.  A memorial mass was held at the St. John the Baptist Catholic church on January 3.
