MAHAFFY, JUDITH A. - Services for Judith A. Mahaffy, 41, of Tipp City, were conducted at  10:30 a.m. Sept. 5 at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum.  Burial was in Arlington Cemetery.  Miss Mahaffy died Sept. 1 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, of injuries received in an Aug. 8 auto accident at Route 40 and Frederick Pike in Montgomery County.  A native of Preble county, she was a former employee of Whirlpool, Troy.  She is survived by her parents, Ildon and Elizabeth Mahaffy of Arcanum; two sisters, Mrs. Paul Johnson (Sharon) of Brookville and Mrs. Forrest Meyers (Effie) of Fredonia, Kansas; two brothers, Rolland and William Mahaffy, both of Arcanum.
