HEITZMAN, JOHN - Ginghamsburg--John Heitzman, one of the oldest residents of this section, died Thursday, Nov. 23, at Chambersburg.  Heart trouble is believed to have caused his death.  He was ill only about six hours.  He was born in Germany, Dec. 26, 1828, and came to this country when about 18 years of age.  He always resided in Miami county until about 18 months ago when he went to live with his son in Chambersburg.  Over 55 years ago he was united in marriage with Adaline Miller, who together with their three sons, three daughters, 22 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren survive him.  Two of the daughters live in Portland Ore., and were unable to be present at the funeral.  One son lives in Dayton, one in Chambersburg and one son and one daughter reside in this village.  The funeral services were held here Sunday, Nov. 26, and were conducted by Rev. Linebaugh.  Interment was made in Maple Hill cemetery.
