WILSON, JOHN D. - John D. Wilson, a veteran horse trainer, died at his home on West Water street, Troy, last Sunday evening, death being due to a complication of diseases.  He was born in Germany about 67 years ago.  He leaves a wife.  The funeral was held at the home Tuesday forenoon and was attended by a large company of friends of the dead man.  Rev. Paulus was in charge and the local lodge of Knights of Pythias of which he was a member, gave its ritualistic service.  Interment at Riverside.
