James Yenney

James William Yenney, 74, of 206 Broadway, died Saturday, Aug. 1, 1992, at 3:30 a.m. in his residence. He was born May 13, 1918, in Piqua, the son of the late Forrest and Wilma McMaken Yenney. Survivors include two sisters, Estella J. Yenney and Arlene W. Yenney, both of Piqua. Mr. Yenney was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church and was a Session Clerk and a former Deacon. He was a representative for SCOPE and a member of the Warren Lodge 24 Free and Accepted Masons.  He was owner of McMaken Interiors in Piqua for 60 years, along with his father.  He retired in 1975. Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home with the Rev. James Wheeler officiating.  Burial will be in Miami Memorial Park in Covington. Friends may call today from 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.  Warren Lodge 24 of Sorrow Masonic Service at 7 p.m. tonight.
