MARTIN, JAMES - The funeral services for James Martin were held Monday afternoon, June 26, at his late home on Main street in Covington, conducted by Rev. Jonathan Jay of Pleasant Hill.  The decedent was a resident of Covington for several months, having removed his family here from a farm east of Pleasant Hill.  Death came Saturday night.  He had been very ill for several weeks.  The surviving members of the family are the wife and four daughters, Mrs. William Cray of near Troy; Mrs. Frank Mussleman, Miss Jennie and Miss Edith Martin, who are living at home.
