ROWE, HOWARD REEDER - Howard Reeder, the 11 months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rowe of Peters avenue, died Saturday morning of cholera infantum.  The funeral was held Monday afternoon from the residence and was conducted by Rev. Ward.
