WRIGHT, HON. F. M. - We sincerely regret to learn that Hon. F. M. Wright, of Urbana, died on Monday morning last.  Mr. W. was, some years ago, Auditor of Champaign county, and at the close of his term nominated and elected Auditor of State, which office he filled for several years.  After the enactment of the present revenue law he was appointed Collector of the 4th District, the duties of which he performed until turned out by A. J. to give place to one whose views were in consonance with the policy of a man who, betrayed his party, and country, in order to secure the good will and support of the rebels.  We do not know Mr. Wright's age but we presume he was somewhere between 55 and 60.  He was, however, a man of vigorous constitution, and, when we saw him last--only a few weeks ago--had the appearance of living to a good old age.
