OLDEST MEMBER OF CHURCH IS TAKEN

Mrs. Helena M. Graham, 87, Dies As Result of Infirmities and Heart Condition.  

Infirmities of age complicated by a heart condition proved fatal to Mrs. Helena Minerva Graham, 87, widow of William S. Graham, who died at 4:30 o’clock Sunday afternoon after an illness of five days at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Earl Bell, 210 Cleveland street.  She was the oldest member of the Piqua Baptist church. Mrs. Graham was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Faries and was born November 30, 1849, in Butler county.  For the past 65 years she has resided in Piqua, her husband preceding her in death in 1907. She leaves a son and daughter, Orie Graham and Mrs. Earl Bell, both of Piqua, six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.  The Rev. J. W. Poorman will conduct the funeral which will be held at two o’clock Wednesday afternoon at the Piqua Baptist church with burial in the Johnston cemetery.
