CHILD IS VICTIM OF MENINGITIS AT HOME OF PARENTS

A three day illness with meningitis caused the death at 2 o’clock this morning of Helen Joan Graham, five-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orie Graham, at her home 717 South Downing street. The little girl was born October 30, 1928, in Piqua, and would have celebrated her sixth birthday in a little more than a month.  She had started into school at the Bennett building this year.  Besides her parents, she leaves four brothers; Harry, Kenneth, Vincent and Carl, all of Piqua, and her grandmother, Mrs. H. M. Graham, also of this city.  Funeral services, which will be strictly private, will be conducted from the late home on Friday afternoon at two o’clock in charge of Rev. L. C. Radley.  Burial in Forest Hill cemetery.
