CLEM, HELEN MAUDE - Fairview--Helen Maude Clem, the little daughter of Rev. A. E. Clem of Thornton, Ind., died at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George F. Miller, last Friday after an illness of three weeks with typhoid fever.  Funeral services were held from the First Baptist church at Piqua Monday, conducted by Rev. F. B. Neel.  Interment at Forest Hill.  The little girl came from her home about five weeks ago for a visit with her grandparents and while here was stricken with typhoid.  The father and a five year old brother are the surviving members of the immediate family, the mother having died four years ago.
