COTTINGHAM, FRANCES E. - Frances E. Cottingham, 68, 4 W. Salem Str., Clayton, formerly of Tipp City, died November 19 at Good Samaritan Hospital.  Born Aug. 21, 1907 in Tipp City, surviving are her husband, Harry E. Cottingham, four children, James R. Elleman of Columbus, Thad B. Cottingham of Clayton, Mrs. Robert (Sally) Morris of Hillard, Mrs. Nancy Hedges of Florida, a brother Bernard Byrkett of Tipp City and eight grandchildren.  Mrs. Cottingham was a member of the United Methodist Church.  Services were November 22 at Frings & Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City.  Burial was in Maple Hill Cemetery.
