Well Known Conover Farmer Dies Of Pneumonia

The death of Faren Isaac Moore occurred on Sunday evening at seven o'clock at his home north of Conover after a long illness, his ailment was cancer. The deceased was born and reared on the farm where he died. He was aged forty nine years, nine months and twenty one days. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Miss Clara Moore, his mother, Mrs. Hannah Moore, who made her home with him and a brother, A. H. Moore, who resides about one half miles from his home. The deceased was well known in this city. A cousin, Glen Robbins, of Fletcher is employed at the Superior Underwear Company. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 11:30 o'clock at the Fletcher Baptist church. The funeral procession leaves the house at ten o'clock. The interment will be in Fletcher cemetery. Addendum: Faren Isaac Moore was born 31 March 1861 in Miami County Ohio, the son of John Watkins and Hannah Howland Moore, and died 22 January 1911 in Miami County. On 29 January 1891 he was married to Lodema Caroline Moon, who was born 13 June 1871, and died 22 March 1961.

MOORE, FARON ISAAC - Leatherwood--Faron Isaac Moore died Jan. 22 of cancer having been ill for almost a year.  He was born in Brown township, Miami county, March 31, 1861, and was a son of John and Hannah Moore.  Jan. 29, 1891, he was united in marriage with Lodema Moon, who together with daughter, Clara, a brother, Albert, and his mother survive him.  One daughter died at the age of four years.  Mr. Moore was a member of the Charity Chapel Christian church and of the Lena lodge Knights of the Golden Eagle.  The funeral services were held at the Fletcher Baptist church Wednesday forenoon and were conducted by Rev. L. W. Ryan.  Interment at Fletcher cemetery.
