Edna Cron

Edna Cron, 75, of 524 Franklin, died Saturday at 10:03 a.m. in Piqua Memorial Hospital. Born in Fletcher, May 23, 1901, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Margaret Snyder Kaiser. She was married to Marion W. Cron, April 19, 1924. He died in January of 1952. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Darrell Jones (Joan) of Rosemount, Minn., Mrs. Colleen Fry of Piqua; tow sisters, Mrs. E. L Motter of Louisville, Ky., Mrs. Frank Stonerock (Rhea) of Fletcher; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. One sister is deceased. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Cron-Cheney Funeral Home here by the Rev. Roland Fierce. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be today from 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
