ROSSITER, DR. - Old Dr. Rossiter well known to the people here as one afflicted with insanity of a peculiar character, and who was sent to the Asylum at Dayton last week, hung himself in that institution on Thursday morning.  His remains were brought here and taken to his former residence in Lostcreek township for burial.
