BRADENTON, Fla. - Daniel M. Hennessey, 74, of Bradenton, Fla., died Thursday, Nov 13, 1997, in Columbia Blake Medical Center. He was married to Margaret Hennessey who survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Patricia S. Waterfield of Niskayuna, N.Y.; two sons, David M. Hennessey of Denver, Colo., and Daniel P. of West Chester, Ohio; two sisters, Dorothy Vail and Eileen Webster, both of Bradenton, Fla.; and two brothers, Richard Hennessy of Holmes Beach, Fla. and William Hennessey of Celina, Ohio. Mr. Hennessey was the former owner and operator of Piqua Optical Service in Piqua. He was a member of the Saints Peter and Paul the Apostles Catholic Church. He was a member of the American Legion and Knights of Columbus of Piqua. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in World War II. There will be a private Mass of Christian Burial with the Rev. Harold J. Somber, S. J. concelebrating for the family at Saints Peter and Paul the Apostles Catholic Church. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are being made through Brown & Sons Funeral Homes, Bradenton, Fla.
