HARSHMAN, CLARENCE W. - Clarence W. (Bill) Harshman, 74, 925 Candlewood, Piqua, died January 12.  Surviving are his wife, Mary Livingston Harshman; two daughters, Mrs. Jane Kolker and Mrs. Betty Counts, both of Piqua; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  A son, brother and sister preceded him in death.  Mr. Harshman was a member of the Tipp City Eagles Lodge and was retired from Tube Products in Troy.  Services were January 15 in Melcher Funeral Home, Piqua.  Burial was in Miami Memorial Park, Covington.
