YOUNCE, CHARLES S. - Charles S. Younce,34, of Farmland, Ind., a tree salesman well known in Troy and formerly a resident of this city, died in the Phillips House in Dayton last Sunday morning.  Death was due to heart trouble resulting from alcoholism.  His mother was with him as the time of his death.  The body was taken to Farmland for burial.
