FREEZE, CHARLES - Charles Freeze died shortly after noon Wednesday at his home, east of Troy death being due to heart failure.  Mr. Freeze was a native of Maryland, but had been in this county about 13 years.  He was married about 12 years ago to Miss Myrtle Carman of near Troy and besides his wife, three children survive him, Mabel, Gladys and Harley.  He also leaves seven brothers and sisters, Mrs. James Ashcroft of Tipp City, Michael Haas, Miss Lizzie Freeze of Troy, Commodore Freeze of Tipp City, Robert Freeze of West Milton, Harvey Freeze of Dayton, and Mrs. Charles Haas of Troy.  The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 11 o'clock from the Troy Christian church.
