HARMON, J. BRIAN - The Reverend Merle Walter Jr. officiated at final rites this morning at the Frings and Bayliff funeral home for J. Brian Harmon, 25, 120 Kerr road, Tipp City.  He had been ill since October 1977, and passed away on Saturday, July 8, in the Good Samaritan hospital in Cincinnati. Born May 26, 1953 at Troy, he graduated from Tippecanoe high school in 1971.  He attended the University of Cincinnati and was employed as a computer programmer at the university. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Marvel Harmon of Tipp City; a brother, Stephen of Midland, Michigan; a sister, Diana, at home; and his grandparents, Mrs. Esther M. Lewis and Mr. and Mrs. Lester Harmon all of Dayton. Burial was in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens at Donnelsville.
