WITPEN, BELLE - After a five weeks' illness, Belle Witpen, 47, of Dock street, succumbed Sunday.  She was born in Darke county, being a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Richardson.  She leaves two daughters, Misses Marjorie and Ethel Witpen.  There are three sisters, Mrs. Strader of West Milton, Mrs. Lee Owens of California, Mrs. F. Garrett of North Dakota, also two brothers, Frank Richardson of Greenville and Dempsey Richardson of Bradford.  Rev. W. D. Holt of the Baptist church conducted services at the residence at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon.
