HATCHER, CLARA LEE - Clara Lee Hatcher, 94, died Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009, at Good Samaritan Hospital. A native of Huntsville, Ala., and a resident of Dayton, and was retired from Grandview Hospital as a Dietary Aide. She was a member of Ark Ministries and is preceded in death by son, Charles (Fluggie) Erskin. She leaves to cherish her memory son, Edward O. Hatcher Jr. of Dayton, three daughters, Joyce L. Williams of Columbus, Margaret Pearson of Tipp City, Patricia Poone (Hiram) of Huber Heights, seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; sister-in-law, Martha Sotherland; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services were held Sept. 10 with the Pastor Gregory A. Parker officiating. Interment was in Woodland Cemetery. Online condolences may also be sent to the family at www.thomasfunerals.com.
