HARROD, WILMA J. - Piqua - Wilma J. Harrod, 86 of 908 Broadway, Piqua, died at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday May 19, 2009.  She was born July 20, 1922, in Piqua, to the late Glenn and Mary Ann (Phillippi) Link.  She married Cletus D. Harrod on Jan. 31, 1942, in Piqua; he preceded her in death Dec. 25, 1998.  Survivors include a son, Richard (Gay) Harrod of Piqua; four daughters, Rosemary Driver of Indianapolis, Ind., Shirley Ann Harrod, Susan (Ted) Christy and Nancy Jean (John) Haney, all of Piqua; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Helen Weingart of Piqua; and a son-in-law, James DeWeese of Gallup, N.M.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda DeWeese; a great-grandson, Justin Stephan; a sister; and two brothers.  Mrs. Harrod attended Piqua City Schools, worked at the former Decker Meat Packing Plant, and retired in 1986 from the Piqua Paper Box Co.  She was a member of the Piqua Chapter of the American Business Women's Association, and a very active member at St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church for many years.  A funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday May 22, 2009, at Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jack Chalk officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Piqua Ambulance Fund, P.O.
